We loved the back yard and pool! The playroom was a fun addition. None of the televisions were working, so I contacted the Owner who had a Handyman come to the home and replace all dead remote batteries. The home could be much cleaner. The refrigerator had a terrible odor, the bathrooms were dirty and the upstairs carpeting have many stains. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the home. We paid a non-refundable 150 deposit for two days for my daughter’s tiny dog. I would expect with the exorbitant fee, the home would be freshly cleaned with no trace of precious pets. The location is convenient to many fun places. It is a great family home, although the stairs are very steep and slippery, so be mindful if you have young children or bad knees! It is a well kept quiet neighborhood. The beds were cozy and there is a powerful extra fan in the master bedroom for hot summer nights.

This property was amazing and exactly what we needed as a family of five. It exceeded our expectations. The pool, propane grill, tiki bar, and lounge spaces made the backyard perfection. The property manager and owner really thought of everything and made us feel welcomed. We will book again!

The pool was great! There were plenty of outdoor towels and chairs and having a pool right outside was a big hit for our two kids and nearby cousins. Communication with the owners was great and they even made sure a beloved stuffed animal made it to family in town to get back to us. The kids loved the bunk room, play area, and recliners. It was exceptionally hot while we visited but the a/c didn’t get much below 76 degrees until well into the night every night - running the wall unit downstairs seemed to help. Additionally while there were many sitting areas and tables there wasn’t really a large gathering space where more than 5-6 people could all comfortably hang out in the same space. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to and get around - we did notice car noise from 485.
