Superb 2 bedroom holiday home with coastal garden in tranquil Fairlight Village
Wunderschönes, neues, geräumiges Ferienhaus mit eigenem Parkplatz, Fußbodenheizung und einem Garten direkt an der Küste – nur wenige Gehminuten vom atemberaubenden Hastings Country Park und den Firehills entfernt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um das pulsierende Hastings und die historische Stadt Rye zu erkunden. In bequemer Fahrweite gibt es Juwelen des National Trust wie Bodiam Castle und Sissinghurst sowie preisgekrönte Weingüter zu entdecken. Unsere Ferienwohnung „Stay @ 23“ ist eine tolle Wahl für ein Treffen mit Freunden oder einen Familienurlaub (Schlafzimmer 2 kann mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet werden – bitte bei der Buchung angeben). Der nach Süden ausgerichtete Garten lädt zum Entspannen und Genießen ein, sei es bei einem Aperitif oder beim Essen im Freien.
„The Cove“, ein beliebtes Pub und Restaurant, ist zu Fuß erreichbar, und Essen zum Mitnehmen kann zur Lieferung bestellt werden.
Am ersten Tag gibt es ein Frühstück mit Milch, Saft, Müsli, Konfitüre usw.

Eileen was communicative and gave some excellent recommendations for things to do in the local area.We were absolutely stunned by the property when we pulled up and the accommodation inside was gorgeous. A beautiful house with a few little welcome treats which we absolutely devoured!Nothing has been spared in this property, the hand soaps, body washes, shampoos and even the scents in the rooms and hallways were 5 star-level-luxurious and I was half-minded to steal them (I didn't). I would recommend this spot to anyone interested in visiting Camber, Rye, Hastings or Fairlight itself which (we were delighted to find) has a rich and complex history of its own! But I shall say no more and let the next vacationers find out for themselves! Final note: would I stay here again?Yes. In a heartbeat.

My friend, my little dog and I had wonderful holidays in Fairlight. We were welcomed with little presents and a comfortable, cozy and well equipped accomodation. My dog had a bed for his own and could enjoy the big dog-friendly garden with no chance to escape.Fairlight is centrally located, you can do long walks and visit nice places by car, for example Rye, Hastings, Battle, Great Dixter, Sissinghurst Castle, Bodiam Castle, the Seven Sisters, and so many more...We had such a good time with Timmy the Dog, so many people are very dog-friendly - and friendly to people. We cooked for ourselves sometimes but also visited some good pubs. Eileen and Mike are very friendly, caring and accomodating hosts, we say thank you for making our nice holidays in the South of England possible.Best wishes from the three of us.

Thank you, Eileen and Mike, for the unforgettable stay in your flat! Everything, from the friendly conversation beforehand, the warm welcome, the spacious and spotless flat, the carefully designed interior, the hotel-like service, was tip-top! The flat is in a quiet vicinity and yet a perfect place to explore East Sussex and Kent as you can reach many tourist attractions very easily. The house is shared with the owners, which guarantees direct dealing with any query. We enjoyed our Easter holidays in No. 23 very much!
