The location - very close to the city centre and security was top notch
The key retrieval aspect was a bit off putting but it worked itself out

The flat was well equipped, easy access, and clean.
The windows were locked and we didn’t have any access to the fresh air. WiFi did not work properly

Location. Inside apartment was clean and had everything needed. Good set up with TV, all the apps.
Boiler was in the bedroom and extremely noisy. Communal areas were dirty with rubbish on the floors and smelt awful of cigarette smoke and dirt.
