Lumi Hotel

Everything was fabulous here. Great management very kind and responsive. Room was clean

Nothing we didn’t like. Great location near train st. As well is a plus

We stayed for one night and had a great experience! Even though reception is online, they’re always available and very quick to respond. Check-in was fully digital and super easy. The location is very central and within easy walking distance of the train terminal. The hotel is recently renovated and very clean. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome!

The bathroom was large and the room was larger than appeared in photos

This is not a hotel, its a private apartment and everything is managed through whatsapp. There is no concierge. The room its self is fine but the area is awful. From this apartment all the way to the train station i wouldn't recommend staying any where in the area. There are piles of garbage in the street, graffiti all over the buildings, broken beer bottles all along the roads and droves of migrants sleeping in alleys under card board boxes. It was really sad to see and be around

It was clean

The room was MUCH SMALLER than advertised. I am a skinny person and it was a stretch fitting into the shower.
