To enter the condo, guests will climb one flight of stairs from the parking lot level. Upon entering the home, guests will find themselves in an entryway with a short hallway leading to both bedrooms and stairs leading up to the living area. Upstairs is the great room with amazing vaulted ceilings and a comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV with surround sound, Roku, DVD player and a gas fireplace. The picture windows and sliding glass doors open to a private covered deck with a chaise-lounge, chairs and a small table, enjoying views of the San Miguel River and across the valley. The living room is open to the dining room, which has a table for four and three additional stools at the breakfast bar. This area is open to the kitchen, which has black granite countertops, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including a toaster, Ninja blender, microwave, coffeemaker and all of the utensils needed to complete any meal. There is an additional entrance to this condo in the kitchen. The two bedrooms are located on the entry-level of this home. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hall with views of Mt. Emma and the San Sophia Ridge. It has a king bed, flatscreen TV, DVD player and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a single marble vanity and step-in shower with a glass surround. The second bedroom has two twin beds. A bathroom is accessible from the hallway and has a marble vanity and a step-in shower with a glass surround.
