Spacious and bright three-room apartment furnished with quality furniture just 15 minutes walk from the Duomo, 3 minutes by subway. Parquet floors throughout the house, air conditioning and wifi. Two large bedrooms and a living room with a comfortable dining table. Kitchen in a separate room fully equipped. Overlooking the internal courtyard of a period building, on the 3rd floor NO elevator, it is very quiet, away from traffic noise but immersed in the heart of Milan.

The communication was great, from the start Leonardo was very attentive and communicative. Then Andrea was lovely, he gave us easy to follow instructions to get the keys, shared some restaurants recommendations, was very attentive to an issue we had with a bed and organised a fixer almost immediately... and welcomed us with a breakfast basket. The property was clean and warm, the kitchen was fully equipped for basic cooking, we found everything we needed and felt very safe and comfortable.
The flat is on a 3rd floor, but the stairs weren't an issue for us.
The building is clean and quiet, we never got to see anyone around.
The location is great with a Metro station and tram stops just around the corner. There are local coffee shops, supermarkets and bakeries at walking distance.

The location was perfect! Also, Andrea was very polite, helpful and had a really great disposition.
