I thought the room was very clean and the bathroom facilities were very good. I liked the bottle of water left in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very nice at breakfast. The location is nice and a short walk from the town centre.
No comment to make here. Having to be out of the room by 11am is a little bit early but that is just a minor point.

Very clean room, comfortable beds.
Installing a small shelf or a few wall hooks would really help maximize the space around the compact sink.

The staff and food was excellent
Fire alarm went off at 4.15am no staff on site , went to fire exit found no lighting to guide us down the steep stairs so had to go through the hotel to get out. All residents were gathered on the street maintenance man turned up around 5am to turn off alarm. There was no explanation or no apology to the whole situation very disappointing .
