We loved our stay here. It was easy, and the place was nice. We had a great time exploring the local area (it's not super touristy, so you can get the authentic izakaya experience right around the corner). Excellent transit connections to other parts of the city. Walkable to Kuromon and Den Den Town, Namba too. One thing that stands out from our stay is that they provided an Uno card game for the kids to play. My partner didn't realize it wasn't ours when we packed up and she put it in our bag. We only realized once we were already in Kyoto. We messaged with the company, trying to pay to replace it, and they told us to keep it and not worry about it -- they were just happy the kids enjoyed the game. It was the cherry on top of a very nice and comfortable stay for us. Highly recommend.

Nothing really. They make everything very easy with check in and clear instructions.

The property was very spacious for 3 people but enough beds for 6 people. Very modern and clean with a big kitchen. Also close to convenience stores and transport with restaurants close by.

My only negative comment is quite dark as it had no natural light. We were on the 1st floor so that’s probably why.

The property is very clean and very close to public transport

設施設備齊全，環境整潔很棒。

因為大門感覺比較單薄，不確定會不會有維安問題。
