The home was beautiful and in a perfect location. Very spacious home for the large group of people staying there.

The standard of cleaning was very poor. Windows were filthy. Toilet roll holders kept coming off the wall. 1 broken chair with a split in the seat, another had a split on the arm rest (both hazardous). Rubbish had been left on the floor of the back patio. Stove top and splash back had food residue left over. Reported to the real estate that the oven door would not close, therefore we had to eat out a lot rather than cooking at home like we planned. Also reported to the real estate that we could lock the house up but not the windows for security. No key was provided and not could you push any of the snobs down.
