Great location for working while still venturing out to explore the city!
Nothing really! Sofa bed could be a tad more comfy but we knew what we signed up for with that.

Nice and very clean apartment, small but has a lot of amenities. This is a studio but there is a door which can be closed to separate bedroom from living room - this can be convinient for longer stays.
Host was very accomodating and allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out as we had a 10 PM flight.
Nice view from 55 floor over Manila. Location is convinient to explore Makati City but you need Grab to reach Manila old town.
Host did not provide drinking water, we had to buy it in the supermarket which is located in the same apartment complex. It was not a big deal as we stayed one night only but it may be a inconvinient for longer stays.

It is very near with most of our planned destination. Vey accommodating. We were able to check in earlier. Very secured premised. Very clean and cozy unit.
