Excellent location, very close to Santa Croce. Close to shops, cafés, and lovely trattorias. Very convenient access to the Agnolo bus stop, with good connections. The apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained—beautiful bathroom and kitchen.

On the downside, the mattresses were too soft for us; there were quite a few stairs. Access is through virtual keys and requires an online check-in process, which may be less convenient for older guests or those less familiar with smartphones. We also felt the owners' communication could have been a little warmer and friendlier, but it was, in the end, basic and helpful.

The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance to everything. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

The balcony looked over an enclosed courtyard, so there was no view at all. There was building work going on in this courtyard and a lot of pigeons that seemed to have nested in the rafters. They made quite a bit of noise and mess. The downstairs didn't have a sofa bed, it was a single bed when we expected a double

The apartment was nice, with good amenities

On the second day we couldn't reach the host despite calling and texting several times. He didn't call us back, didn't reach out at all. No care in the world at all. Also the apartment is barely isolated, we could hear every single person coming up the stairs or enter the neighbouring apartments The online check in process was also very tedious, getting into the place requires opening doors via a website, there is no key or code. So if your phone doesn't have reception or battery, you're out of luck and can't get in
