The accommodation was in an excellent location and had a lot of character. It was perfect for my friend and I to stay in over a weekend catchup. The host provided friendly and clear communication in the leadup and during our stay since there was some unexpected noise outside due to roadworks.
The entrance into the courtyard to access the accommodation was narrow and the ground covering uneven which made moving our luggage in and out a bit of work. This is a minor point of hassle in an otherwise fantastic stay.

Great location, lovely host, very comfortable and awesome food options near the property. Also central heating was effective.
A few cobwebs in the bathroom.

Loved the location, friendliness and responsiveness of the host, cosy, quirky and functional space to sleep and hang out. Loved the access to walkable places and public transport.

Location was good though road works made it a bit tricky. The host allowed us to get in early - but a 3pm check in seems a very very late time for an airbnb - it is not a hotel.
No close shops for buying some supplies which we needed; no milk was provided which was not anticipated. The outside was not swept and did not make for a welcoming environment given it was a selling point for the venue.

"Eddie was so nice and the place is so central to Brunswick, but it's quiet and peaceful at night. My daughter loved the loft bed and there was plenty of space for us all. Will definitely stay again."
