The fact that we could come in after we returned from the club. We were checked in prior to that though
Staff members kept arguing with people throughout the night even early hours of the morning. The arguments were loud and it interrupted our sleep. Staff members kept singing throughout the passages while customers were sleeping whereas all of that could’ve been done after checkout. At one point I told them to shut up because us as customers weren’t being considered at the time. That didn’t stop them. They arguments, singing and cleaning kept going from 6am until probably after we left.
