Miss Q, who works at the front desk is AMAZING! She spoke to every single person with the same level of patience and care. She was so helpfully with any and all requests/questions we had!
She was a true gem and needs a raise if nothing else! Hold on to her!

The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back
