The nicest staff I have ever had. Everyone was extremely pleasant, spoke English well, and was willing to help you with anything. I very highly recommend this place to anyone! The traditional ryokan was a fun way to experience Japanese cultural and the staff was extremely happy and gracious to help us through anything we didn’t know.

Outstanding service from manager and staffs. Absolutely great place to stay and relax with outdoor onsen in the room. Great locations with many restaurants nearby which can reach by walk. The room is clean, food at the hotel is good quality and super tasty. We’ll definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely ryokan. Our room (toki) was beautiful with every creature comfort we could ask for. It is minutes away from the main bus stop and has plenty of food options. The Happo one slopes are not too far away, but would recommend having a car to get around if you want to try other slopes
