I had a very pleasant stay at Lotus Hotel in Tashkent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was well organized. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get around the city. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would happily recommend Lotus Hotel to other travelers visiting Tashkent.

She is always smiling, calm, respectful, and incredibly professional in the way she deals with every guest. Her positive energy and beautiful attitude make you feel genuinely welcomed and valued. I would also like to give special thanks to Firuza, who works the night shift. She is an absolutely wonderful person—kind, helpful, respectful, and always ready to assist guests with sincerity and dedication. She treats every guest with care and makes you feel that you are not simply a customer, but a truly welcomed guest. Jobina and Firuza are, without a doubt, two of the best hotel staff members I have ever encountered in my entire life. Their professionalism, kindness, smiles, patience, and genuine care are something that deserves to be recognized and appreciated. A hotel is not only about the rooms or the facilities—it is about the people who make you feel at home. Jobina and Firuza are exactly those people. They represent the true meaning of hospitality. Rezervasyon yaparken Kahvaltı vardı. 08:00-10:00 arası dediler. İlk sabah 08:30 da indik restorantı bulamadık. Resepsiyoniste sordum kahvaltı yok dedi. Akşam tekrar sordum yok ama misafirsiniz size ayarlarız dediler. Booking de var ama. Ertesi sabah tekrar inip sordum cevap vermediler. Odama çıktım tam uyuyacam kapıyı çalıp kahvaltı ister misiniz yarım saat sonra dediler. Lütuf gib… ben de istemedim. Ertesi sabah hiç olmadı zaten. Temizlik rica ettim. Onu da yapmadılar. Ücreti aldıktan sonra çok da sallamadılar bizi. Aslında iyi insanlar gibi durmuyorlardı ama… muhtemelen anlaşamadık. Translate falan denedik ama maalesef anlaşamadık.
