How clean and welcoming the staff was. Excellent customer service.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

I loved the location, the room was beautiful. I enjoyed the pool immensely. The Manager was terrific. I brought and issue to him and he made it right. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff was deplorable. The cleaning staff kept leaving our room off the cleaning list. We had to go get our own towels, toilet paper, and take out our trash. Very frustrating knowing it's a Hilton Hotel.

Unfortunately, the cleaning staff was deplorable. The cleaning staff kept leaving our room off the cleaning list. My brother and I stayed there 7 days. We had to go get our own towels, toilet paper, and take out our trash. Very frustrating knowing it's a Hilton Hotel. They made our beds 1time and never touched our beds again. They came and took out our trash and gave us towels 2 times in the last week. The rest of the week we did it ourselves. I even met with the manager all ready once about the same issue. The cleaning staff was slow and did not complete all tasks as written on the list posted on the bathroom mirror. It started that staff will refresh towels, make beds and take out trash every other day. They will change bed linens every 3rd day. We finally got a linen changed on day 4 and only after I brought it to the manager's attention. After day 4 we never saw a cleaning person again except in the hall cleaning other quest's rooms.

Location is good near downtown and amenities, parking was easy and facilities were decent. I liked that there was a table for uber eats to drop of food.

Train horn is loud and annoying, woke me up a few times at night. Placard always falls off door, so when I rushed out the door and neglected to put the placard back up, housekeeping came in which I didn't want. Also a used towel was left on top of the shower curtain when I checked in. Otherwise everything else was good. Please fix windows because the train horn is a big issue for me.
