The staff were so helpful and lovely they made the stay so much better. We had to leave at 5am on our last day so didn’t have time for a breakfast so they made us a packed lunch:) the room was nice and clean and good air con
The only down side was the shared bathroom we had wasn’t the cleanest

I really appreciate how they take care of their guests every step of the way—from the moment of arrival, throughout the entire stay, and until departure. Their warm and attentive service made the whole experience truly enjoyable.
The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance, but the air-conditioning could be improved to make the dining area more comfortable, especially since it can get quite warm. Adding more air-conditioning or improving the cooling system would greatly enhance the overall dining experience.

Would have liked more danggit, if puto/sikwate and mango would have been part of breakfast😊. Overall, staff were friendly, accommodating and provided excellent care, attentive to our needs and requests. Would definitely stay here again!!
More kawali for the KAWA experience so you can enjoy with friends at the same time, requesting puto/sikwate/mango selection for breakfast selection😊

Der Außenbereich ist ganz nett und die Lage ist gut. Es ist sehr ruhig und das Zentrum ist schnell zu erreichen.
Die Zimmer sind nicht wie auf den Fotos. Unseres Zimmer war leider sehr dunkel und es hat nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen. Bedecken und Handtücher waren sehr alt. Frühstück war mäßig.
