1. wifi didn’t really work .. intermittent signal 2. back door that open onto patio couldn’t be locked . It was fine for me but may not be for others

Location to the Lido Festival, Quality of apartment was very good and very clean.

Poor Communication when I asked for urgent help as the back door wouldn't lock and was open when I arrived, I was a mum and daughter on my own arriving late at night, had to get a lovely couple off the street to help me un-jam the lock, I tried to call and message.. Still no reply & I am back home... Poor Wifi, No TV as the Wifi would not work and no signal on the Tv, tried to reboot a million times, also yard was a mess. The entrance was not really very appealing, felt like we had arrived at the wrong place, post all on the floor, no stairs carpet just grippers and underlay, shame really as the apartment itself is lovely...
