A unique location, not only close to the major attractions, but also right behind a wonderful square (Campo S. Maria Formosa), a quiet spot frequented by locals and just a few foreigners, at least in October when I visited Venice. Within a five-minute walk at most, you’ll find all kinds of restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, mini markets souverir stores etc. The room, though small, is spacious enough to move around comfortably and has all the necessary amenities, except for bath towels, an extra pillow, and an extra light blanket. You can see the rest in the photos of the room provided the description provided; however, please note that if you book the room, an “umbrella stand” as indicated in the instructions which will be sent to you accompinied with a relevant photo , does not actually contain any umbrellas, and you might get confused, just like I did. The propritor is polite and helpful, though communication with her is exclusively via WhatsApp.

Zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung (kleine Küche, Klimaanlage)

Etwas klein

I loved the private cozy space

Location: in a quiet alley, no noise, about 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco. It's only 1-2 minutes walking from Libreria Acqua Alta and a few more attractions. There's a bar nearby to have coffee, breakfast or a spritz, and a few eating options. The little apartment was also very clean. It was easy to collect the keys and the host was responsive via chat. The single bed was reasonably comfortable. I didn't use the kitchen facilities, but they were there. Overall, it's an ok place to stay for a day or two.

The ceiling is very low. If you're taller than 1.7m then you may have a problem with the place. There was only one slim pillow, no other pillows in the wardrobe. Furniture is old. The bathroom is incredibly cramped. Closing and opening the shower door is awkward. If you're tall, you may not even fit inside the shower, or sit comfortably on the toilet.
