Slaby kontakt z wlascicielem

The apartment itself was comfortable although there were no basic provisions provided. We had MAJOR hassles with accessing the property and it took several hours to rectify the problem as you have to obtain three sets of codes from the owner, visit a dingy building in another street to access a mailbox to open two key safes to obtain the key and then walk to another building, download an app to get the lock to work - which didn’t work for the first three hours so we were going backwards and forwards between buildings over and over - and then finally after about six hours of it intermittently working, the owner allowed us to use the key that was attached to the fobs. In the original messages we were warned NOT to use the key at all and then after all the rigmarole he finally told us to use it and so we finally had access. This is the most complicated system and an utter nightmare. The bath/shower taps also weren’t toggling from one to the other for ages but we were finally able to get them to work. The area is beautiful - but there isn’t a separate bedroom - so all guests have to sleep in the same room. As a B&B owner myself, I cannot understand why there isn’t direct access and a far less complicated method to access the building. When I first booked over a year ago, there were only good reviews but after the trouble we had I’ve read heaps of other similar complaints in recent reviews. Hopefully the owner takes heed and goes back to a normal access system.

The access process was appalling
