This property is just beautiful!! It’s a one bedroom villa attached to the side of a house. Separate entrance and no common doors. Almost brand new - very well laid out and furnished. Just excellent!! We loved it and would absolutely recommend.

Location is in the ‘suburbs’ of Yamba. So not in the main central or beach area. Still that’s not really a problem as it’s only about 5 minutes drive to the central shops or less to the local supermarkets, Kmart etc.

The villa is beautiful. decor is lovely where is every you need and lovely little touches like chocolates we enjoyed our stay. where is just one thing that would be nice is a coffee pod machine would be greatly appreciated Thanks for great stay coralie

Clean and tidy everything is new it’s great to have washing machine and dishwasher easy accessible and very quiet area

Lillian Waters Retreat is the best place to stay in Yamba! From the moment you walk in, it feels so comfortable and homely. This is our fourth time staying here, and we will be back. The property is beautifully presented and always so clean. I love the little extras, like the chocolates in the fridge. The bathroom accessories are lovely and smell so delicious. The bed is extremely comfortable, and I love all the preloaded apps on the tv. The owner is very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend staying at Lillian Waters Retreat on your next visit to Yamba.
