Check in/out war einfach.

Both the facility itself and the staff working in it deserve the highest possible rating, not only because of the perfect performance of their work and related duties. It is admirable how much attention and reliability they met all requests and issues, often completely unrelated to the scope and area of their activities and duties. I would describe the level of cooperation and competence as outstanding and far above the general standards. For example, Mr. Anthony, representing the facility, responded to contact within a few minutes and within a few more, each issue was resolved positively. If he did not have knowledge in some area, he would call back or appear at the facility very quickly with a whole range of information.
