The service at the front desk is quite good, and he always greets me with a smile. Public spaces are always orderly.

There is no curtain in the bed, and the privacy is not very good.

The stuff are really kind, open and helpful

The dorm was clean and so were the sheets, toilets and shared toilets and showers. In the dorm are bunk beds, mattress and pillow were newish and comfortable, just don't expect the Ritz. Instruction for accessing the property were good. I put ear plugs in and put on a visor to cover my eyes. Some other folks arrived in the middle of night, just had to accept that. I have no idea why some (female) reviewers wrote about being concerned about shady roommates instead of writing about the facility - it's a backpackers hostel in not-the-best-part-of-Berlin so what do you expect ? The entrance to the facility is somewhat disconcerting but once you're in it's all clean. You don't get to choose your room mates so don't spend the night there if you're uncomfortable sharing a dorm with complete strangers. Otherwise, it's great value for money.

Tidy up the entrance: it's full of graffiti, poorly illuminated and somewhat scary.

Staff was very friendly! Lots of shops and Cafés near the Hostel

Bathrooms especially the toilets where really dirty! Please Clean them more often and provide soap...
