Location
Difficulty to checkout due to an error and then not able to contact someone for close to an hour

Location great, not too noisy, apartment clean and comfortable, had a lot of coat hangers
Providing a few cleaning cloths or some paper towels to wipe over the kitchen benches would have been handy. An extra blanket would have been useful too on chilly Melbourne nights.

Location and the pool for the kids
The initial check in procedure. Not a smooth process with 3 kids in tow.

The location was great
There were absolutely no forks in the whole house. Not even an ice cube tray. They also told us we’d have access to paramount plus which we did not. I then asked them about it and they ignored my message. Does not feel like great value.
