Friendly staff, good breakfast

Room was dirty, toilet seat was broken and the shower door seal just fell off.

The room was quite small but it was very well appointed with aa lot of storage, cable sockets and bathroom space. Well thought out. The location very near Loreto Metro was great for getting all round the city. Excellent breakfast.

We were only there for two nights. I would have thought our room would have been a bit small for a longer stay, but it would still be a good bet.

Condições deixam a desejar. Quarto com muitas marcas de uso (chão riscado, cortinados manchados), portas do duche soltas. O pequeno-almoço era das 7h30 às 10h30 - às 9h30 chegámos e não tínhamos um talher, um prato, comida, nada. Questionámos o único funcionário que ali estava (e que tinha de repôr comida, fazer comida, recolher loiça, lavar loiça, tudo sózinho) que nos disse "peço desculpa mas terão de esperar". Ficámos 15min à espera de comida até que tudo estava igual (o senhor a limpar loiça) e decidimos ir à receção onde a funcionária que ali estava foi rude e pouco empática. Disse-nos que teríamos de esperar. Lamentável.
