The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped—perfect for a comfortable stay in the heart of Sofia. But what truly stood out was the outstanding customer service. The Flat Manager team was incredibly friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their attention to detail and care made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Truly top-notch service!
