Staff, ambience, housekeeping and location were good. Well connected to Metro, Bus station and grocery / restaurants.
Though there are lot of nearby options restaurants. I felt breakfast could have been included in the Hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered good value for money. The location was also convenient for getting around Singapore.
The room and some of the common areas were quite basic, but everything was functional and suitable for a short stay.

The bathroom really let this hotel down. There was mould in the corners of the bathroom and around the toilet seat, which was very disappointing. Everything else was a 10/10, so it was frustrating that the cleanliness of the bathroom fell well below the standard of the rest of the hotel.
