We stayed here as a base for the Busselton jetty swim - convenient location 5km from town centre, multiple living areas including theatre room, well appointed kitchen, great towels and toiletries. like it so much we booked it again for the GeoBay swim event in November

would sleep and house 8 people easily, but 2 toilets and bathrooms might be a challenge for that

Accommodation is spacious. Clean. We were three adult couples. Great location just outside of Busselton. Kitchen is pretty well equiped. Good to have washing machine. Beds were pretty comfortable.

To Improve: 1. Have house ready by check-in time. It was fine that we weren’t able to check in an hour early when we requested, but having to wait an hour over time was not ok. No warning. No apology. 2. Oil door hinges and handles. Sounds like a minor gripe, but they were loud in the middle of the night when people went to the bathroom. 3. Clearer instructions (eg washing machine). It kept coming up with an error message and took us a long time and many attempts to work out. 4. Provide spare bin liners. Said you’d drop some by when contacted, but didn’t. Having the green and yellow bins at the end of the long driveway (and pretty full already) was a bit inconvenient. Hard to know what to do with rubbish. Only instruction was that bin day is Thursday. 5. Make sure all tvs have remotes and ensure those that are there are working. 6. Better pillows 7. More than 1 tea towel 8. There seem to be several communication channels. Booking.com, WhatsApp, text, and the site’s “app”. It was a bit confusing. Going to one place for all communication would be better. 9. Having only one key/fob between 6 adults was a bit inconvenient. Any one or two of these wouldn’t matter, but these little annoyances accumulated. Easy and cheap fixes. If dealt with, this place would be great.
