Location excellent, 2 minutes from centre. Hosts on site so there if required bit otherwise unobtrusive. Very clean with everything required.

Partner was allergic to reed diffuser so put in the hall and replaced it when we left.

Lovely apartment, very tastefully furnished with nice art works and quality furnishings, kitchenware, bed linen and towels. Lovely helpful hosts, Cornish cream tea on arrival. One of the nicest places of its kind I’ve stayed. Top marks to the owners for their attention to detail.

Only (minor) quibble for me was being able to hear the bathroom fan (which you couldn’t turn off) from the bedroom, even with door closed, as the place was otherwise beautifully quiet. But most people probably would be bothered. But impossible to find fault with the place otherwise.

Our lovely host Neal showed us around the apartment, gave us lots of info and tips for our stay and handed us the keys. Everything was perfect, they had gone the extra mile to make sure we had everything we could possibly need, they had even baked scones for us! The apartment was immaculate, beautifully kitted out with lots of original art, lovely walk in rainfall shower, comfy bed, fully fitted kitchen area, views over St Ives, just a few steps from the centre and handy parking space opposite the apartment. Highly recommended!
