Vivotel Hotel Surat

Area is good and central to all the shopping places around

Bed quality could be better, bathroom does not have shower curtain or glass partition so entire bathroom gets wet when someone baths

The breakfast was good and had a variety of dishes. The location was good and the hotel has very friendly staff. The room was very clean and linen was being changed every day.

The breakfast should also include English/Western breakfast to accommodate international visitors.

Stay was very comfortable - Thanks to Vivotel Team , specially Tejas and Darshini . Got a warm welcome on arrival - staffs are very professional . The room was perfect - Value for money . The hotel provides such a good room equivalent to 5* with reasonably fair price . Room size is perfect with excellent facilities. Brand new hotel with good arrangements for corporate and leisure travelers with good conference room and banquet facilities. Will surely visit soon... Keep it up

The room was decent. The bed was comfortable.

No shower partition or curtain so water spreading in the entire bathroom. No paper roll in the bathroom. The breakfast selection was too less.
