The location is excellent, the apartment is nice and comfortable and the building is good looking. Transport is so easy from all major attractions. Vibes in the area are nice. Lots of restaurants and local life style.
The shower was interesting at mid body height.

The apartment was comfortable with a small kitchen, a living area (with a couch and table and chairs) plus a bedroom. The apartment was near a number of metro stations which made exploring Paris very easy. The staff were very responsive when I messaged them about things. The area is vibrant with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It isn't in a typical tourist area but that added to the experience.
We were on level 1 at the front of the building which had some noise from the road (this did add to the atmosphere of the apartment). The main door into the building was noisy as were the doors into the separate apartment areas. There initially was a smell in the apartment, but this was resolved after the water was run through the pipes.

It was conveniently located. Any problems we had were swiftly resolved
The sofa was uncomfortable and the bedroom was small

Clean space, quite big room, and the courtesy kit with coffee was well appreciated, maybe a bigger biscuit would have been better but was cute.
The general aestethic of the place was quite mediocre, the toilet paper holder was literally attached on the wall in a way that every time you used it felt, there was no bedside table, and light inside the house was too hospital like except for the bedroom maybe an ambient lamp would have been better, even in the bathroom, and also the fact that you can not smoke in the patio is crazy, the street is not always Beautiful and literally a clochard stopped me while i was smoking outside in the street and started to touching me.

"Die Lage ist toll. 3 Ubahnhöfe sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Viertel ist sehr lebendig. Wir kannten es vorher nicht. Wir hatten ein sehr kleines, aber schönes Apartment im 5. Stock. Es war hell und r..."
