Its in the middle of nowhere really but also in the middle of the north if you want to see things. There’s a bakery around the corner and a good restaurant next door. The beds are good, the apartment is modern and has fast WiFi (500/500 Mbit/s).
It’s owned by a friendly Ukrainian bloke
The rest of the building is still under renovation, which we found out when we got there. In the dark a bit hard to navigate but not a big problem.

The apartment was perfect. We were 3 people and the apartment was incredibly spacious. The view out of the big kitchen window is gorgeous and we ended up watching the sunset. The apartment is located on the main road not far from the center and we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit.
The only problem was that one of our bags was pretty big and it was a bit difficult to get it up the stairs but that didn't really affect our stay in any way. Just a general heads up for people with large bags.

Location was good on the main street. The apartment itself was nice and beds where good.
The access to the room. Facilities outside the room where deplorable. This wasn't related to construction, just unacceptable access to the facilities. We didn't feel particularly safe with the access to the house being so open to all.
