Location is excellent if you want to walk old town. It is at the top of the hill, so plan on your calves getting a good workout.
It's a bit worn. Lots of light bulbs out. The outside of the building might freak people out. But the apt is nice and accommodating. Stairs in loft are steep and may not be for everyone. Also quite creeky.

Comfortable apartment with good location, near Freedom square (8-10 min walking)
Old building, not a such great view from the window.

The location is perfect. Everything is nearby.
Department is in old building, but apparently got renovated.
everything you could possibly need is there.
