Location was good and there is free parking included. The building is nice and modern. Instructions for self check in were clear

We checked in late, and all the parking spaces that we were told were ok to use were taken... There was no answer from the host until morning. We parked in a free spot and hoped for the best. Bathtub was aesthetic but not great to use - you are guaranteed to make a mess. Also there was a plumbing problem and other than our own splashes the tub leaked all over the floor!! Worst of all - the bed was uncomfortable to say the least! It was literally a 1 inch mattress thrown over some kind of twin sofabed (photo attached). The host left a used mop in the bathroom - maybe an honest saying about the plumbing issues?
