It was perfect

I honestly didn’t expect everything to be this good. All is new and clean. The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The valet parking is extremely convenient — you simply hand over your keys and don’t have to worry about anything. The bed is huge and very comfortable, and the towels are soft and fluffy. The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Breakfast is excellent, especially if you order from the à la carte menu

One small warning: if you want to avoid disappointment, I would not recommend booking the spa services. The spa is operated by an external contractor and, unfortunately, does not match the high standard of the hotel itself.

Lovely room, such a comfortable bed and a well proportioned bathroom with the most beautifully thick towels. We had dinner in the restaurant, freshly cooked, innovative and tasty.

Great property - good location, helpful staff, nice modern rooms. Only complaint would be the 25 euro daily parking charge - you obviously have to drive to Andorra so it’s crazy to charge guests as that’s the only always to get there.
