We liked everything, apartment, pool, gym, parking and location. The starter kit is extremely generous and the host is very accommodating and responsive. There is a supermarket (Ralphs, has a Starbucks) right next door, and a cafe (in walking distance ~ 5 minutes) called Goodboybob with superb coffee and pastries.

The location was close to Santa Monica Pier. Morning walk to the beach were nice. Just one stop away from the metro.
Everything was good. No complaints

Location is great, and the property is very nice too. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is spacious and has a supermarket next to it.
There is no management or maintenance when the water is cut off or the kitchen sink overflows, and there is no one to help. My mother was elderly, and the elevator broke down, so she couldn't go down the stairs. When we contacted the apartment owners, no one was interested in helping.
