The open concept living, dining and kitchen will keep you connected while you reminisce about your day and enjoy your meals together. There are two king master bedrooms upstairs with ensuite bathrooms and a twin daybed and sleeper sofa on the first floor. ABOUT THE AREA: Coastal Soul is just around the corner from Cessna Landing on the Choctawatchee Bay. The park has a boat launch, docks, picnic shelters, basketball court, squash court, and playground. Towards the beach, it's closest to Gulf Place which features some of 30A's most popular restaurants, like Shunk Gulley and The Perfect Pig. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow folks down with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, plentiful green spaces, and park benches to sit and enjoy the views. If you're looking for a little more, then Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf and Destin are not far away. BEACH ACCESS: Ed Walline Regional Beach Access is the closest beach to Coastal Soul. From the house, head south on 393, cross over Hwy 98 and then at the intersection of 393 and 30A you'll see Ed Walline. This beach is ADA accessible, and has two picnic shelters, parking, restrooms, and beach wheelchairs and lifeguards during peak season. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.
