Parking Details: - Parking for vehicles is limited to the driveway boundary only and a maximum of 3 vehicles only. No vehicles shall be parked on any streets, sidewalks, lawns, or vacant lots. Violations of the parking policy will result in towing at the owner's expense, without notice. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
