The rates are $25 per person per day, $125 for 4 people for 4 days, or $150 for 4 people for 7 days. The Club features access to the lake/beach, pool, volleyball, tennis, boat/watersport rentals, and more. Please note that Boulder Lake Club is only open on weekends. - The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community. - Must be 25 years of age or older. - No fireworks, smoking indoors, parties. - HOA Amenities are open on Memorial day - Labor day. - Fireplace ashes must not be disposed of outside, in the yard, or in the woods—please use the ash bucket provided. Improper ash disposal creates a wildfire risk and may result in fines of up to $925 from the Town and up to $2,000 from Kidder Township. Any fines incurred due to improper ash disposal will be charged to the guest. - Please note that all guests staying 30 nights or longer are required to pay a Monthly Service Charge every 30 days throughout their stay. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
