We will send more details about this requirement after the reservation is confirmed. - Same-day reservations will incur an additional $25 registration fee by the HOA, which will be collected at the time of booking. - Please note that all guests staying 30 nights or longer are required to pay a Monthly Service Charge every 30 days throughout their stay. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
