La limpieza y muy calmado para descansar excelente

The property was well equipped with everything you need. Close to shops, restaurants and beach Montaña Amarilla. The complex it is very nice and the swimming pool for kids was heated. I strongly recommend!

The complex seems to be a quiet location, at least in January. A smaller water pool is ideal for kids (our five year old princess loved it). Access to the apartment from the main gate is easier than described as you basically have to go all the way up the big ramp ( probably designated for the vehicles) and at the top just turn left , 50 metres forward and you are there. We had no struggle to park our car - plenty of space on the main street near the gate (try to avoid parking on the left side of the street as some other parking users have a tendency to squeeze into an even tiny space which might result in bumper scratches). The nearest big shop ( dino ) is located 5 min by car and 10 min by walking. There are also a couple of bars and chip shops at the main street. The apartment is small but cosy. Unfortunately, there is not much use from the patio as it is shadowed most of the day ( but it might be a benefit during the hot season).

The apparent was clean, but we were welcomed by a dying cockroach ( bedroom, centre of the floor ). But just one and no more signs of any other. Toilet cistern have some issues - fill valve have tendency to stuck (empty tank), you must unscrew top cover and touch float cup. Once we experienced a small leak from the toilet ( after flush) from the bottom ( from one of the screws holding toilet in place). No iron and ironing board.
