Our only problem was the barely working air conditioner. Everything else was totally fine and the staff was very helpful. The elevator is unusually small.

Clean, comfortable room. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was a good selection. Short walk to metro for transportation to Serdika--main sights in Sophia. Parking was on site with a reasonable cost
