Melia Pattaya Hotel

Hotel is beautifully designed we and looks great but a few things not practical. Pool area never gets the sun because surrounded by tall buildings so not a nice area. No balcony to enjoy the sun, no wardrobe cupboard to store things, poor design to have wardrobe open

It's was great

I travel all over the world and stay at many hotels, so I have high expectations. This hotel in Pattaya truly exceeded them. The property feels brand new and is impeccably clean. Every area of the hotel is well maintained, and you can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping everything spotless. One of the biggest surprises was the Chinese restaurant. The food was absolutely outstanding easily some of the best Chinese cuisine I’ve had at a hotel. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. What really made this stay exceptional was the staff. They were warm, professional, and genuinely friendly from the moment I arrived until I checked out. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made me feel genuinely welcome. Overall, this hotel delivered a five star experience. It’s rare to find a property that excels in cleanliness, dining, and customer service all at once. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Pattaya. Highly recommended!

Especially, the access to the beach through the Lay club make it very well located. Personnel was very friendly.
