Rivana Hotel

Superbe clean very comfortable and staff are very kind and friendly professional. Administration is very helpful four all tourist.

This is a nice hotel with very responsive, friendly and helpful staff. People working at the reception and in the restaurant are very nice and ready to help. The room is spacious enough and clean, the towels and the bedding are clean and regularly changed. The air conditioning and the hair dryer work well. The bathroom is convenient (just a few more hooks to hang stuff would be good to have), the food for breakfast is varied. The water and tea/coffee are always in supply in the room. It is convenient to travel around by Yandex taxi, it is cheap and fast. They are building a road for public transport, so soon buses are going to be available there too. The hotel itself is very quiet but there is some noise coming from outside because something is working there but I couldn’t identify the source. Nevertheless, I think I would stay in the same hotel on my next visit to Tashkent.

5 stars for employees and efforts they gave to provide service. My in room air conditioner was not working properly, but they brought a portable air-conditioner to accommodate me. Thank you

We spent splendid time in the hotel Rivana. It's a really cozy place to have vocations in the city. It's an elegant place adapted for people who prefer to spent their time in presentable environment without paying exaggerated. There is no crowds of tourists close to the hotel and it's easier to call the taxi then stay in central streets. There are 2 places to eat downstairs: a patisserie with lots of traditional and international sweets and cakes with all kind of coffee and tea which is opened till late in n the evening; And the turk restaurant which uzbek cuisine too. Lots of compliments to Rivana and their hospitality: we books our first and last days in Tashkent city and travelled several days through the country. All these days our big suitcases were stored in the hotel. Special thanks for their help with a small package which needed low temperature. The stuff of the hotel are very professional, polite and always helpful. It's a real pleasure to have a small talk every time you come back to the hotel. The hotel has also a swimming pool with a gym but we didn't have time to enjoy their activities. Than you very much!
