Great location, modern / clean decoration. Practical designs of space.

The lift space really tight. The TV is small as well if we want to relax a bit at night.

Fantastic location in a safe, upscale neighborhood, close to Avenida metro and nice walk to various neighborhood locations. Super clean and comfy beds, bathroom, kitchen. Very quiet, great AC. Coffee pods were a nice perk. Great for budget-seeking travellers who come to the apartment just to sleep. Checking via WhatsApp.

It was easy to find with gps Easy to access Very beautiful and clean

There were some noisy neighbours but it was ok.

The apartment has a very good location and is spacious, with a generally clean interior.

Some towels appeared a bit too used or were ripped, the carpet was dirty, and shower gel was not provided. Although the apartment is spacious, the ceilings are significantly slanted in certain areas, particularly in the bedroom, requiring one of us to bend down to move around. Just an fyi, not a negative per se, there is a €20 fee for cleaning during the stay. The part we didn’t particularly like was the check-in process. We had clearly communicated that we would arrive late in the evening, but the access code did not work due to an error on the host’s side. When we tried to contact them via WhatsApp, we received an automated message saying they would be available again the following day. This was extremely stressful, as we were at risk of being left without accommodation for the night. Fortunately, someone answered the phone number provided on Booking.com, allowing us to resolve the situation.
