Very nice modern apartment, well equipped too. Hosts are friendly and helpful, so are the staff. The location is great as well, a lot of cafes and whatnot in the area, parks and the seafront are close as well.
The complex itself has decent facilities, so if you need a gym/pool/coworking you can find them right there.
The only issue I had was the noise, but it was kind of a big deal. There was a construction area nearby, and, more importantly, someone was constantly repairing smth / drilling the walls *in the building itself*, so it was very annoying and distracting. If it was something short-term and you happen to check-in at a quieter time, the stay will likely be 10/10, but I wasn't that lucky.
