Good shower. Very clean and comfortable in the main. Well located in a quiet area.
Only one key and keycard - would be better if there were 2
Clearer instructions from the train station needed
Lock box location needs to be clearer - and area where it is is very overgrown
Bed is a small double - not great
No hairdryer
Tea bags sparce and coffee granules stuck in the container; no milk as a welcome after a 7 hour journey
No sidelamp in the lounge - overhead only
Freezer makes a coninuous whirring noise
The property company needs to do a review - feels like no-one has done this for a while
Bathroom window stuck
Mention of recylcing in the welcome book but bags and instructions not clear

Clean and overall comfortable, great location.
Well equipped in the kitchen.
A good base in Falmouth town.
Nice secure location.
No hanging space in single bedroom, very small bed In single bedroom for an adult third guest, no ventilation in single bedroom as no key provided for the external door, there is no window in that room, only the door, it got stuffy with no ventilation.
Only one bath towel per person for 7 days was disappointing, only one hand towel 'between' 3 people for 7 days was very disappointing.
No where to leave rubbish, no recycling bags provided so we couldn't put recycling out this week.
We had to leave bagged up rubbish in the kitchen, which was very disappointing.
I'd expect more from a property like this.

Location is fantastic for access to town and beach on a gated estate.
Stairs are quite steep
Description says garden view, but up on first floor.
Shower head not clean......so l cleaned it before I could use it.
Decor and fittings a little dated, but functional enough.
For guests with cats parking could be a problem.

It was close to town centre, shops and restaurants
Only one set of sheets and towels for 2 weeks stay.
Duvet was too hot.
Sofa is not comfortable
