- Apartment was spacious and in a silent neighborhood - Proactive assistance, very helpful staff, outstanding - Enough household appliances, even a diffuser for the hair dryer which is very rare and very much appreciated. The toaster was broken and they had it replaced immediately. - Electronic apartment key was very helpful - Plenty of good restaurants in the area - Big supermarket just around the corner - Small playground for little kids just next to the apartment, you could even watch the kids from the window

- Many things needed small repairs: WC ring was loose, cracked paint and mold on bathroom ceiling, one of the shower doors would not stay open, remote control was barely working and the lid had been taped with band-aids... - No plug next to the bed headboard, only at the feet or behind the bed (you had to pull it away from the wall). Just a power strip would have been ok - Very scarce kitchenware: only 3 teaspoons, no bowls, no cooking utensils (no spatula, no cooking spoon, etc) - Wifi SSID and QR were not as on the sticker, we had to ask the support for it (they were fast in providing the true one though) - The flat is far away from Madrid center. Minimum 1h by public transport (in the night even more than 1.5h). Taxi or similar is faster, but expensive. - Aside from restaurants there is no entertainment option in the area

La ubicación con respecto al centro de la ciudad, sin embargo, con buen acceso al sistema de transporte público.

Bien ubicado, todo muy limpio y ordenado.

NADA... Sucio, con sábanas y toallas sucias, desagüe atascado, mucho moho, cisterna que pierde agua, un mando del aire que no va...
