Unfortunately, the stay was quite disappointing. The small bed was very uncomfortable and resulted in a poor night’s sleep. The pillows were extremely thin and appeared old and yellow, so they definitely need replacing. After a long journey, I expected at least a small amount of milk for a welcome cup of tea or coffee, but this wasn’t provided. The tea and coffee selection was also very basic, consisting only of sachets. These may seem like small details, but thoughtful touches can make a big difference to the comfort and overall experience of staying in an apartment.
